David Ward on englantilainen opettaja, terapeutti ja opas, joka asuu nykyisin Suomessa vaimonsa Lauran ja lastensa Joelin ja Emman kanssa.
Vuosina 1983-1988 hän opiskeli psykosynteesia ja vuorovaikutuspsykologiaa Vuorovaikutuspsykologian keskuksessa sekä Psykosynteesin koulutuskeskuksessa Lontoossa.
David Ward on työskennellyt monien ajatussuuntien parissa ja hän on osallistunut transendentaalisen meditaatiosuuntauksen kehittämiseen Luova Älykkyys –ohjelman kautta.
David on omistanut suuren osan elämästänsä uusien oppimistapojen kehittämiseen ja hän on luennoinut confluent oppimisesta, stressin hallinnasta, kommunikaatiotaidoista, organisaation muutoksesta, sekä kaikista persoonallisen ja henkisen kehityksen muodoista.
Osan elämästään David on toiminut ammattilaulajana. Hän on perustanut Gatewayn koulun Lontoossa, joka on keskittynyt äänittäjien ja levytuottajien kouluttamiseen sekä uusien oppimismenetelmien kehittämiseen.
David Wardille myönnettiin Kingstonin yliopiston professorina. Vuonna 1994 hän toimi Sibelius-Akatemian vierailevana musiikkiteknologian professorina.
Suomessa David Ward on perustanut Eheyden instituutin Erkki Lehtirannan kanssa. Erkki ja David ovat pitäneet useita kursseja musiikin, ääniteknologian, henkisyyden ja luovuuden alalla. David on organisoinut kursseja Voi Hyvin –lehden ja Minä olen –lehden kanssa ja hän on kirjoittanut näihin lehtiin säännönmukaisesti. David on myös organisoinut kursseja Frantsilan, Via Akatemian ja Eranova
-kirjakaupan kanssa.
